Intelligent profile control injection system
The intelligent profile control injection system is a set of intelligent control profile control injection systems designed and developed based on manual/semi-automatic profile control injection systems. The system can achieve computer automation control from the addition, stirring, maturation, to the injection of plugging agents. The system consists of several units, including a living room, an intelligent control room, a feeding room, a water tank room, a mixing tank room, and a profile control injection room. Each unit is equipped with corresponding equipment internally, and the units are connected by communication cables and aviation plugs. PLC distributed centralized control is used for control, and each unit can be controlled centrally or individually. Easy to operate, various parameters can be controlled, recorded, and stored, thus truly achieving intelligent control of profile control, water plugging, displacement control, and polymer injection operations. The system can achieve remote data transmission and monitoring through GPRS network.
